BMOC, Inc. is looking for interns for work over the summer on a limited term basis. Position will start as soon as able and through background check / drug screening and will run until August 28th (may end earlier if needed for the selected employee's dates to return to school).

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain some on-the-job experience in a wide-array of facilities, buildings, and apartment maintenance.

We are looking to build a pipeline for future Maintenance Technicians so this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a growing company here at BMOC!

The ideal candidate will have some experience in one ore more of the fields below:

- Property Management

- Apartment / Building Maintenance

- Plumbing

- Electrical

- HVAC - Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning

- Painting

- Carpentry

- Flooring Installation

When you start we will order you a base tool kit that will help you on-the-job. If you complete the internship in good standing, the base tool kit is yours to keep (up to $150 value).

Candidates must be able to report to work locations within an area and will be assigned a location on a daily or weekly basis by the Area Manager or higher within BMOC. The locations (subject to change) for this particular position are as follows:

- Westown Green Apartments (Milwaukee, WI -- in the heart of the Deer District)

- Marquee Place Apartments (Milwaukee, WI - near Marquette Campus)

- Vue Campus (Fond Du Lac, WI)
