Amy Climer is the owner of Climer Consulting and since 1995 has worked with hundreds of groups teaching creativity, experiential education, and leadership development. Her expertise lies in connecting with participants through interactive program design that focuses on the learner. Additionally, she has worked with artists, entrepreneurs and others, coaching them to be more creative. Amy has a Master’s of Science in Experiential/Outdoor Education. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Leadership & Change where she is concentrating her research on creativity development in groups.
