Job Details

Position Summary:

The Finance Intern will support the needs of the Finance department.

Responsibilities:

  • Pulling and preparing financials for:
    • Financial review
    • Surplus cash
    • Limited Partner Buyout
    • Refi’s
  • Updating per unit/property count workbook
  • PDB Audit
  • Pulling/formatting developer cash flow summaries

Qualifications:

  • Must be in the process of earning a Bachelor’s degree in an Accounting or Business related field; or earned a Bachelor’s degree in an Accounting or Business related field within the previous 12 months.
  • Ability to accept delegated assignments, work with moderate independence
  • Attention to detail
