This position will support a federal civilian customer in the Washington, DC Metro Area. This role is dependent upon award of contract and funding.

Candidates must also be able to secure a TOP SECRET security clearance and have previous experience working in the federal space.
What You'll Do:
Create, route, and distribute communications for the Infrastructure Change Control Board (ICCB) and the Review and Approval Committee (RAC) for changes that affect users and systems
Educate and inform users of changes to the IT infrastructure - such as outages, updates, and any action required on the part of the user to complete the implementation of a change
Disseminate announcement messages about change suspensions, moratoriums, new processes, change processes, schedule adjustments or facility closures
Design and facilitate trainings on communication notification tools, techniques, processes, procedures and best practices for end-users, customers, team members and staff
Write Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) documents, diagrams, work process charts, flow charts, briefings and training materials defining communication notification technical requirements and user-friendly instructions for end-users
Support event communications as well as logistics and event execution, as required
Who You Are:
Knowledge of how change control boards operate in the federal government
TOP SECRET with SCI eligibility is ideal
Experience:
5 Years of IT service program communications specialty experience
BS/BA Degree
This position will require U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance.
