WHAT TO EXPECT

As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Denver office, you will be a Sr. Financial Analyst in the FP&A group.
  • You'll be reporting to the Manager of FP&A and serve as a key finance liaison for the Global Functional teams. Supporting activities include actual cost center reporting, global variance analysis, and development of detailed forecast for the assigned function in relations to expenses and capital expenditures
  • This is an exciting opportunity for you because you will be responsible for the preparation and analysis of monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports with variance analysis to prior year, budget, and forecast; including but not limited to P&L, Capex and Expense analysis
  • You'll develop a link between Finance and Finance Leaders to report and forecast the impact of key projects as it relates to budgets and the long term strategic plan
  • This position provides analytical support to business units and finance operations teams by structuring analytical problems, extracting and analyzing data, and present findings
  • You'll drive consistent process and standardization around financial reporting, metrics, and analysis across the organization
Key responsibilities:
  • Creating, analyzing and consolidating business reports and presentations for Senior Mgmt. Reviews; including Monthly Actuals and Forecast Report Packages and Quarterly Requirements, Preparation of Earnings Call materials, Quarterly Board Meetings, and primary liaison for supporting Investor Relations team.
  • Functional analysis through actual cost center reporting, global variance analysis, and developing detailed forecasts for the assigned functions in relation to expenses and capital expenditures.
  • Preparing and maintaining in-depth analysis and modeling of budgeting and forecast reporting of financial and business performance to support company-wide financial and operational goals, initiatives and objectives.
  • Maintaining and analyzing dashboards and KPIs with a focus on forecast accuracy and trends.

ABOUT YOU
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience, including budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis, and financial reporting
  • Bachelor's Degree is required
  • Demonstrated professional integrity and ethical qualities
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong team player; proactively able to step in to support other team members as needed and share knowledge to allow cross training of all functions.
  • High Level interpersonal skills; must be able to work across multiple levels and locations within the company, including establishing global partnerships.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Results-oriented, able to meet deadlines under high pressure timelines
  • Highly proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to quickly learn various software applications; including but not limited to Oracle Hyperion and IBM Cognos Business Intelligence
  • Self- starter that takes action beyond specific job responsibilities and assignments
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
PAY & BENEFITS
  • Full-Time
  • Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000
  • Bonus Eligible
  • Medical, Dental, Vision insurance and other voluntary benefit options: benefits begin on the first day of the month immediately following your date of hire
  • Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days. All vacation days are accrued
  • 401(k): 3% company contribution and additional 3% company match
