We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior UX Manager to lead our dynamic UX/UI team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of managing and mentoring a team of UX/UI designers. As a Senior UX Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience across our digital products and platforms, ensuring they align with business goals and user needs.

What you will do

  • Lead and inspire a team of UX/UI designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to drive the development of user-centered designs from concept to implementation
  • Develop and maintain a UX strategy that aligns with business objectives, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience
  • Oversee the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather valuable insights and refine designs based on user feedback
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices, integrating new technologies and design methodologies into the team's workflow

What you will bring

  • 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role
  • Proven experience leading and managing a team of UX/UI designers in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful UX/UI projects across various platforms
  • In-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)

Base Salary Range

$120,600.00 - $174,825.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
