ABOUT THE ROLE

The Fleet Administrative Assistant plays a key role in support our fleet team's coordination and distribution of work. Organizational skills and attention to detail is necessary to help us keep track of important details that support the backbone of the Fleet organization.

Essential Functions

  • Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and delivered with high quality in a timely manner
  • Handle various accounting and data entry tasks, such as completing journal entries
  • Issue and maintain iPads and iPhones for the department
  • Review employee timesheets and ensure accuracy each week
  • Process new vehicle title work and registration renewals
  • Operate office equipment such as copiers, scanners, laminator, phones, and computers
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (email, USPS mail, letters, packages, etc.)
  • Regular and predictable attendance
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Essential functions of this position are to be performed in a Company-designated office or field location
  • Understand and comply with the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics Policy and other industry-specific professional and ethical standards, if applicable

ABOUT YOU

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of general administrative or data entry experience is required; relevant school or workplace-related experience may be considered
  • High school diploma or GED is required

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Ability to follow established procedures
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel). Additional company training is provided.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities while supporting management
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Self-starter with a good attitude
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance
  • Experience with vehicle title and registrations preffered

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary $18.75-$24.04 / hour, Commensurate with experience, paid weekly. Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. MYR Group reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate.
