Overhead SIGINT Collection Manager

The Opportunity:

With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our government every day, we need an intel analyst like you to do just that. As a collection manager, you use your specialized technical experience and your attention to detail to develop products to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to protect our national security, inform our nation's leaders.

As a collection manager on our team, you'll help your client understand their operational landscape, mission environment, and ability to satisfy national requirements in a timely manner. Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you'll explore new data sources, develop effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources including SIGINT and GEOINT capabilities. You'll validate information and develop tradecraft as you build assessments for the client who will look to manage resources by utilizing priority schemes. As the authority on your geographical area of interest, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure.

You Have:

  • Experience with Overhead SIGINT satellite systems including the collection management processes
  • Experience with the Overhead prioritization process
  • Knowledge of OTMS, NRT, SAVANT, and MA Tools
  • Ability to work as a collection manager, communicate effectively with analysts to fulfill mission needs, and fill a role as a scheduler and planner
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • Knowledge of the processes of military operations
  • Ability to work under stressful situations to satisfy national requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 9 years of experience with SIGINT or 13 years of experience with SIGINT in lieu of a degree
  • Certification of the OCMC Bootcamp, NITRC Bootcamp

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
