ABOUT THE ROLE

The Multimedia & Creative Coordinator will develop and implement company-wide marketing and communication strategies. The Coordinator will contribute to a culture of storytelling by creating a variety of multimedia and graphic design solutions for print and digital media. This role will be responsible for developing graphics, page layout/design, video production, photography and other creative media.

Essential Functions

  • Design and produce compelling visual, textual, and animated content for customer engagement, external promotions, digital platforms, recruitment, training efforts, etc.

  • Work closely with internal teams to identify creative opportunities, create graphics, and produce photo/video content that support business objectives

  • Provide graphic design and page layout for a variety of mediums including reports, print collateral, presentations, digital platforms, ads, booth displays, banners, communications

  • Create custom graphics, logos, and infographics

  • Create and produce high-quality content that includes video, motion graphics and images, animations, drone footage, testimonials, etc. for a diverse array of platforms

  • Source music, stock footage, and other footage when necessary

  • Store and organize assets in appropriate platforms (DAM, SharePoint, etc.)

  • Ensure all multimedia and creative align with company brand standards

  • Other marketing duties as assigned

  • Regular and predictable attendance

  • Essential functions of this position are to be performed at a Company-designated office or field location

  • Understand and comply with the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics Policy and other industry-specific professional and ethical standards


ABOUT YOU

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in graphic design, media, or related field; combination of relevant education and experience considered in lieu of degree
  • Minimum 3 years of graphics, videography, and editing/production experience
  • Must be able to provide a portfolio of published work showcasing skills and experience

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Ability to turn insights into engaging visual concepts
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and digital asset management software
  • Strong writing, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
  • High level of creativity with a keen eye for aesthetics and visually appealing content
  • Proven abilities prioritizing, delivering and managing multiple projects
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism; ability to interact with all levels of staff and customers
  • Savvy with equipment such as monitors, cameras, lenses, lighting, sound boards, audio kits/microphones, drones and various editing/animation software
  • Certified drone pilots license, a plus

WHAT WE OFFER

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary $55,000-$72,000 / year
    • Commensurate with experience, paid weekly. Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. MYR Group reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate.
  • Two days per week remote work option for non-field roles depending on position and performance.
