Our Go-To-Market Coordinators (GTMC) help drive pipeline through demand acceleration activities. The team serves as an extension of our industry teams to create and execute their go-to-market plans. Key responsibilities include content strategy, copywriting and content creation, live event support, social media management, and project management. The ideal candidate has a blend of strategic and executional talents, attention to detail, a sense of curiosity, passion, and patience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively contribute to developing and facilitating the execution of go-to-market content strategies to achieve stated objectives.
  • Assist with internal projects to grow and mature the team's capabilities and impact within the firm.
  • Work with Subject Matter Experts to write compelling content for various digital media (website, social media, email) and print media (e.g., brochures), ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice across channels.
  • Edit and proofread all content meticulously to ensure accuracy, superior quality, and adherence to brand voice and tone standards.
  • Stay knowledgeable on assigned industry, target audiences, key business objectives, and competitive landscape.
  • Provide industry research statistics, trends, and new ideas to industry leadership teams.
  • Assist the leadership team by preparing and maintaining project plans, documentation, and communication for key content projects.
  • Track project progress and identify and escalate project obstacles to team leaders and communicate with other key stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, English, Marketing, or related fields of study - Required

Technical/Soft Skills:

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills - Required
  • Ability to prepare presentations including charts, graphics, tables, speaker notes & handouts, etc. - Required
  • Ability to protect, maintain, and manage confidential information, understanding each situation's 'need to know' team and communicating appropriately. - Required
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively. - Required
  • Strong attention to detail. - Required
  • Ability to manage multiple smaller projects, set timelines, milestones, and work with multiple stakeholders and departments to complete project objectives - Required
  • Comfortable with working on a growing team with evolving processes and ways of working - Required
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite - Preferred
  • Experience with B2B Marketing - Preferred

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a Marketing, Advertising, or Customer Experience role (1-2 years) - Required

Leadership Skills:

  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, across departments, at different levels within the firm - Required.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with external stakeholders - Required.
  • Demonstrated ability to respond positively to changing circumstances, seek to implement change to drive improvement around the creative process, and serve as a model of change - Required.

Compensation Range: $64,400 - $115,600 |
