Role: Data Center Engineer Location: Denver, CO

Roles & Responsibilities:

Seeking an Infra. Technology Specialist (Senior Associate) with 5-8 years of experience

  • This role is crucial for maintaining and enhancing our technological infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security to support. Demonstrable experience in managing MacOS environments, demonstrating deep technical expertise. Strong problem solving and ability to work under stress. Installing hardware and network in the Data Center.
  • Incident management - working on INCs and break-fixes. Documentation of all MAC items in the DC. Solve and issue resolution for MaC OS. Maintaining a presence 24X7 to manage and maintain client assets. Maintaining availability at all times within the DCs without causing any impact to the business. Reporting the incidents updates and support information in the client specific tools. Superb communication and teamwork abilities, capable of working effectively in a team environment. Familiarity with Cards & Payments domain is helpful, showing an understanding of its outstanding IT requirements. Dedication to professional development and staying ahead of with industry trends and standard processes.
Salary and Other Compensation:

(Colorado and remote postings that could be performed in Colorado) Applications will be accepted until 23 April 2024.

The annual salary for this position is between $99,000 - 119,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
