Continue your journey as Electroplating Process Engineer at Cinch Connectivity Solutions. You will manage and maintain all plating and chemical surface finishing processes and related activities. Our Plating team is proud of their contributions, supporting a broad range of internal customers and requests while ensuring the uninterrupted development and manufacturing of high-tech products for key industries like aerospace and defense.
Are You Looking to
- Perform hands-on surface finishing operations.
- Solve and/or participate in solution of issues related to process, documentation, plating, and quality problems.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations.
Are You Ready to
- Review and update current processes.
- Mentor personnel in the proper setup and process procedures to clean and plate using the correct plating methods, correct measuring devices/techniques, process control methods, etc.
- Help manage waste streams and help effectively treat and store hazardous waste that is accumulated from the plating process.
What You'll Need
- BS degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related discipline or equivalent education and experience.
- Experience in relevant plating andor chemical processes.
- Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
