What We Need:
We are looking for a National Sales Manager to join our HBF team.
The National Sales Manager is responsible for the development of sales strategies and the associated tools to execute achievement to budgeted goals for the assigned brand and product division. The National Sales Manager will lead a high-performing sales team fostering the growth of members while enhancing the customer experience and developing long-term customer relationships.
What You Will Do:
  • Create and lead a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with organizational and division vision and budgeted goals establishing a 1-3-year roadmap.
  • Communicate and establish sales practices within the designated team ensuring team alignment and delivery of sales initiatives.
  • Leverage extensive industry knowledge and product offerings to target strategic growth opportunities and development of long-term customer relationships.
  • Develop and foster relationships with key strategic partners within aligned industries.
  • Effectively manage the national sales forecastensuring strategic sales initiatives to support achievement of goals and provide on-going communication to leadership team related to successes and barriers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Identify and execute national and/or international enterprise customer networks to promote HBF product offerings.
  • Actively engage in long-range local and regional networking groups such as design community, CRE, influencers, construction companies, end-users, contract dealerships, and others in promotion of HBF product offerings and products.
  • Supervise, coordinate, provide leadership and review work of assigned members. Conduct performance evaluations and recommend merit increases, promotions, transfers, corrective actions, and other personnel actions. Interview and recommend candidates for employment. Drive member engagement.
  • Participate in activities as appropriate to ensure the success of the organization.
What You Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of demonstrated sales experience with previous sales leadership required.
