What does a Field Service Manager do at Swire Coca Cola?
The Field Service Manager will be responsible for a team of Field Service Supervisors and Technicians to ensure efficient and effective delivery, installation, and maintenance of our beverage dispensing systems. The manager will provide leadership and training to achieve the quality standards expected by Swire Coca-Cola and the Coca-Cola company. They will also be responsible for maintaining a budget and controlling costs.

Responsibilities

  • Trains, develops, and manages performance of the Field Service Team
  • Executes direction, strategy, goals, and objectives to for both reactive and planned service teams
  • Manages Coca-Cola North America & local service performance according to established guidelines
  • Ensures established processes and procedures are followed
  • Participates in company-wide and local-level process improvement (Kaizen) events
  • Delivers customer service to established level
  • Performs other duties as assigned


Requirements

  • High School Diploma (or GED) High School diploma with additional experience required
  • Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's degree in business related field required preferred
  • 4+ years of progressive experience leading or managing people required
  • 1+ years of experience managing projects preferred
  • 2+ years of experience with Field Service Management preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Proficient in using ERP software; SAP preferred
Base pay range is $78,500 - $99,000 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
