Job Summary: |
The Assistant to the Director will be responsible for executive-level administrative and project support for the Director of the Adult & Child Center for Outcomes Research and Delivery Science (ACCORDS). This position provides executive level support including researching, synthesizing, and consolidating information; creating reports and presentations using the latest technology; providing logistical support for presentations and meetings; and drafting correspondence and a variety of other communications material. The person in this position requires a high-level of knowledge and skill in writing and drafting documents, as well as excellent technology skills to work efficiently and effectively in the MS suite - MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and new and emerging technologies, etc. This position will also be responsible for a variety of tasks involving multiple areas of focus - including administration, operations, research services - and will work closely with the ACCORDS Director, Director of Finance & Administration, and Administrative Team. Specific tasks are outlined below. This position plays a key role in ensuring effective coordination and communication to internal and external constituents including the CU School of Medicine Dean's Office, Children's Hospital Resesarch Enterprise, the Anschutz Campus Chancellor's office, and SOM Department Chairs and Division/Section Heads; in addition to all external partners. Anticipated Pay Range: |
The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as Intermediate: $54,383 - $69,175 Senior: $58,793 - $74,784 The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation, depending on the level. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
