Job Description

FIS Management Services, LLC seeks Programmer Analyst Seniors in Jacksonville, FL to provide application software development services or technical support typically in a defined project. Develop program logic for new applications or analyze and modify logic in existing applications utilizing Bootstrap, Angular, HTML, CSS technologies. Work with async programming pattern using JavaScript and Angular to fetch data and handle user actions. Develop highly scalable and reliable applications using Spring, and RESTFul services to backend java-based systems. Work with tools and technologies including Bitbucket, Visual Studio, JIRA, and Git. Worked in Agile environment. Debug and implement performance tuning of web front ends. Code, test, debug, document, implement and maintain software applications. Make recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code. Ensure system improvements are successfully implemented. Demonstrate an understanding of FIS systems and the financial services industry. Analyze requirements and translate business requirements into product designs. Write technical specifications and other forms of documentation. Suggest technical alternatives and improves/streamlines processes and systems. Complete project assignments and special projects commensurate with job expectations. Conduct planning, analysis and forecasting activities to plan projects and tasks. Participate in component and data architecture design, performance monitoring, product evaluation and buy vs. build recommendations. Provide leadership and/or guidance to other technical professionals.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field and six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation: working with HTML, CSS, Java, JavaScript technologies to perform application building; writing cross-browser compatible code; utilizing RESTful services for exchanging information between various systems; working with tools and technologies including Visual Studio and JIRA; working in Agile environment; and debugging and implementing performance tuning of web front ends.
