In this position, the employee will collaborate extensively with internal and external stakeholders during all phases of the Acquisition process to ensure receipt, delivery, accuracy, and completeness of data necessary to prepare for and execute the servicing transfer. The employee is responsible for analyzing data associated with all phases of the Acquisition process, including, but not limited to reconciling data items received vs. outstanding, and reporting to internal and external stakeholders. The employee collaborates with management and staff to coordinate and facilitate servicing transfer processes while identifying and reporting potential risks with the portfolio. The employee is responsible for identifying issues and risks that should be escalated internally. The types of risks/issues relate primarily to transaction, execution, schedule and quality/completeness of data received. The employee is responsible for various transaction funding processes. As needed, the employee must interact with the counter-party to resolve any question or escalate when deliverables are not received timely.

After a transaction has been completed, the employee will be responsible for maintaining relationships with the counter-parties. There are be a number of post-transaction tasks that will need to be completed in the future. These tasks include but are not limited to resolution of loan-level issues and preparing/executing wires for pro rata funding as outlined in contract agreements. The employee will be responsible for ensuring points of contact at the respective counter-parties are maintained.

The employee will collaborate with department management and staff in executing regulatory, efficiency, and optimization projects. The employee will serve on special project teams as subject matter expert of current and historical contract transaction data.

- Although not required, a college degree in a business-related field is a plus

- Self-motivated with a strong follow-through

- Ability to make timely, fact-based, objective decisions

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint)
