Compensation

$22.00/HR

Job Summary

As a Provisioning Analyst, Mobile Devices, you'll be part of a small, distributed team. This position is heavily focused on customer service through direct contact with the customer. You will be responsible for remotely handling the lifecycle of our wireless mobile devices (over 3500), using an asset management tool. This includes procurement, provisioning, configuration, logistics, support and cost management.

Please note: This will be a temporary full-time contract position for approximately 5 months (22 weeks). There is not an opportunity for this position to become a full-time permanent position. This position will be required to be in the office Monday - Friday ideally 07:00 AM - 04:00 PM (1 hour lunch).

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist new customers in enhancing their use of their wireless technology
  • Prioritize incoming requests for new and replacement devices
  • Obtain all appropriate approvals for new purchases and upgrades
  • Order wireless devices and accessories
  • Provision and configure devices as appropriate
  • Install and configure our standard apps
  • Assist customers with profile and data move between devices
  • Assist customers with any technical inquiries
  • Proactively communicating technical support instructions to end users
  • Enforce to crafted processes for submitting requests or addressing issues
  • Resolve tickets within defined service level agreements
  • Act as an ambassador between our department and our customers, maintaining good relationships and open communication
  • Performs other functions as required.
